- Partnering with Supply Chain Operations team, to plan, manage and control APAC/GCN Supply Chain operations costs, to understand operational drivers surrounding actual results and potential future end to end implications.
- Conduct regular interlock with various functions within Supply Chain Operation and Global IBP Planning team to plan, monitor and execute to the target.
- Partnering with operations to identify and drive cost out projects.
- Focus on improving internal processes to increase predictability and gain improved visibility to operational drivers.
- Partnering with Supply Chain in cost & lead time optimization by leading through the productivity initiatives.
- Drive for Results Deliver on commitments in a timely manner proactively work on process improvements and understanding the business.

- At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in project management and/or supply chain is a plus
- Excellent analytical ability and Excel spreadsheet skills
- Ability to understand concepts and ideas quickly and model data in meaningful ways
- Proactive in proposing ideas to challenge status quo
- Assertive and able to influence upwards and across functions
- Good spoken & written English

The Global Supply Chain Fulfilment Finance team is responsible to plan, manage, and control Supply Chain and Fulfilment costs along with their operational partners. Responsibility spans to the region assigned (AMER/EMEA/APAC/GCN). Attention to detail is a must, high level of business partnership, strong interpersonal and influential skills supporting a remote and diverse team.
From time to time, the incumbent will also work on ad hoc analysis and projects to provide insightful analysis for decision-making by the senior management function in Dyson
The role has good exposure to the Dyson Global Supply Chain Functions and allows the incumbent a great opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of Dyson Operations Business.
The role reports into the Head of Supply Chain Finance.
