Systems and processes custodian for Futures and Leveraged FX.

Maintain relevant policies, procedures and any other relevant knowledge assets.
Define Service Levels across systems and processes and ensure adherence to endtoend KPIs.
Provide training, training material and other support for knowledge transfer.
Point of liaison with internal and external stakeholders (incl. system vendor, exchanges, internal audit, and other) as key Subject Matter Expert.

Regular system and processes maintenance / Service Requests.

Handle configuration changes and/or minor enhancements (e.g., instrument static data, onboarding of new clients/brokers/exchanges, reporting/data requirements).
Provide 2nd level support for reported issues, including issue tracking, resolution, and root cause analysis.
Monitor and report system and process performance.

Ensure compliance to regulatory, exchange, internal audit, and similar internal/external obligations (e.g., outsourcing review, BCP/DR exercise, etc.).

Support projects in the role of Subject Matter Expert for Futures and Leveraged FX systems and processes.
Review and provide advice on target solution architecture.
Review and provide detailed input to business requirements/backlog.
Review and develop user stories/test cases.
Maintain endtoend regression testing pack and participate in regression testing.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of work experience in systems or operations roles for OTC Leveraged and Listed Derivatives products.
Deep knowledge of frontend platforms, order management and execution engines and market connectivity, booking and settlement platforms and processes, risk management and downstream systems and processes.
Worked directly with system vendors, business process outsourcing providers, brokers/exchanges, internal audit, and other.
