Role

• Oversee day to day operations of all clinics
• Build high-performing teams of clinic managers and nurses.
• Foster a culture of safety and professional development
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical team of over 20+ dentists and specialists
• Develop structure and refine processes to enhance the patient experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 to 5 years of full-time employment, and looking to pivot into a managerial role
• Able to lead a team and communicate effectively with diverse groups of individuals (doctors, patients, dental assistants, front desk)
• Strong work ethics, good interpersonal skills and has a heart for people
• Passionate about driving the company's growth and success, and about their own personal development
• Proficient in English and a second language
