We have a new opening for an Account Executive to join our Account Management team in Singapore.


WHAT YOU'LL DO


As an Account Executive, you are part of our post-sales support team and you'll fit right in if you are enterprising, a problem solver, a lateral thinker and work well independently and in a team.

Other support responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic relationship building with existing clients to ensure high delivery of services and upsell of solutions.
  • Onboarding new clients to familiarise and trust Isentia's value proposition, and increase usage of our dashboard and products.
  • Supporting the Account Manager in presales research, presentation preparation and pitching for upsells with existing or new clients.
  • Promote our insights solutions, and strategise on the best methodology/ frameworks to meet clients' objectives.
  • Being continually informed about offline and online developments/buzz about our clients and to be able to be a trusted advisor to clients and help with crisis management.
  • Be the team's eyes and ears on the industry by sharing client case studies and thought leadership pieces with colleagues.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

The list of requirements below is ideal but most importantly what we're looking for is someone who is highly motivated, results-driven and receptive to dynamic changes:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in an accredited university.
  • 12 years of experience in business development, account management and/or client service roles. High potential fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Experience in media research and analytics (traditional and/or social media) is highly sought after.
  • Meticulous, keen attention to detail and very taskoriented. Has the ability to prioritise multiple projects and juggle tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable and flexible in working across different types of communication channels.
  • Excellent presentation skills both visually and vocally.
