    Full time $30,000 - $50,000 per year Customer Service / Support
    Description

    Job Description:

    • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and provide the best suitable solution to their needs.
    • Provide customers with order verification, updates on delivery dates, product availability and pricing.
    • Build productive collaborative working relationships with Technical Support, Quote, Finance, Sales, and Field Service & Support to deliver world class experience to our customers.
    • Drive continuous improvement and safeguard best practice.
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Requirement:

    • Eligible to Diploma
    • Minimum 3 Years of Working Experience
    • Must be very detail and quality oriented.
    • Ability to adapt and learn systems and processes quickly.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Additional information:

    • Working days: Monday to Friday, 8-5/9-6
    • Salary up to $4500
    • 9 Month Contract
    • Experience independently solving problems and working effectively in an international team environment.
    • Located in Bouna Vista
    • Must be able to speak Korean or Japanese as liaising with overseas counterpart
