- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and provide the best suitable solution to their needs.
- Provide customers with order verification, updates on delivery dates, product availability and pricing.
- Build productive collaborative working relationships with Technical Support, Quote, Finance, Sales, and Field Service & Support to deliver world class experience to our customers.
- Drive continuous improvement and safeguard best practice.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Eligible to Diploma
- Minimum 3 Years of Working Experience
- Must be very detail and quality oriented.
- Ability to adapt and learn systems and processes quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working days: Monday to Friday, 8-5/9-6
- Salary up to $4500
- 9 Month Contract
- Experience independently solving problems and working effectively in an international team environment.
- Located in Bouna Vista
- Must be able to speak Korean or Japanese as liaising with overseas counterpart
