Make an Impact by:

Leader of the GenAI Centre of Excellence (CoE)
Leads a crossfunctional team of Business and Technical people to deliver successful Generative AI solutions to deliver business value while maintaining high customer/partner satisfaction.
Work closely with external Vendors, Group partners and internal Tech teams, leveraging on expertise inside and outside the Company, to continually learn and develop the team
Manage the Singtelwide Gen AI Enablement programme, providing training and awareness for Singtel staff across the organisation.
Provides review, oversight, and approval for Use Case requests and changes which includes new Use Cases, incremental enhancements, platform requests and fix and maintenance jobs.
Facilitate delivery through Agile framework
Leads their team to influence and manage customer expectations, based on predefined requirements and information collected
Be the single point of contact for business and other IT domains
Ensuring that works are delivered on time, meet business & technical requirements and are within the agreed budget.
Ensures customers' expectations are managed and met (Outsidein).
Ensures team is adopting delivery management standards and monitor the progress of the delivery on a regular basis
Anticipate, manage and resolve issues
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, breaking down barriers for the team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed
Communicate Singtel's vision and drive Singtel's strategies & priorities based on Singtel's core values
Coach and develop direct reports
