    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are specialize in buying, selling, and trading of pre-owned luxury watches. We are currently in search of the right candidate to fill the customer service officer position. If you are keen in luxury retail industry, this would be the desired role for you.

    Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
    • Prior experience in the luxury watch industry is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work in a goal-oriented environment.
    • Able to work retail hours (weekends), 5 days per week.

    Responsibility

    • Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
    • Provide customer service on repair and maintenance of watches.
    • Inspecting and packaging for watches.
    • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
    • Maintain and update inventory.
    • Assist in daily operation support.
