    Description
    The National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS) is a national specialist centre under the National University Health System (NUHS). It is the only public cancer centre in Singapore treating both paediatric and adult cancers in one facility.

    We are seeking an outstanding and highly motivated talent to be part of our incredible team, supporting the planning, execution and achievement of NCIS work plan and deliverables.

    Key ResponsibilitiesEnable team's efforts in initiating, developing, implementing and coordinating experiments, in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders in the healthcare eco-system, and using lean and agile methodologies with design thinkingIdentify opportunities to implement or facilitate strategies with Clinical Directors to ensure the objectives/programmes meet the clusters' targetManage the projects procurement and approval process to ensure all approval papers are in order and are submitted on timeEnable team's efforts in managing project budgets and resources meticulously, including but not limited to identifying risks and assessing budget impactFacilitate project meetings, see through follow-ups and deliver project presentationsAcquire domain knowledge and build technical expertise within NCIS for the development and implementation of healthcare infrastructure projectsMulti-departmental collaborations to compile and streamline process; develop technical references etc.

    Undertake any other duties as assignedKey RequirementsDegree in Bachelor Degree i.e. Architecture / Civil Engineering / Building Construction / Project Management or equivalent from a recognized universityMinimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in a healthcare related environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholdersExcellent planning, analytical and quantitative skillsAdaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently and in a teamConfident and able to work under pressureCompany information
