What You Can Expect
As a key member of the Organisational Learning and Engagement team, you will be given opportunities to implement organisational development (OD) and employee engagement initiatives.
There will also be opportunities to work with senior leaders and partner internal stakeholders to drive change in organisation and support new ways of working.
You'll also be focusing on the staff engagement and story-telling to build desired culture and influence HPB-ians to embody our Core Values.
This includes connecting with HPB-ians across the board and curating stories at work to cultivate HPB's values and inspire passion in our officers.
Be Part of the Team
Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with more than 5 years of relevant practice experience in actualising Organisational Development interventions or conducting Employee Engagement activities and enjoys working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment
You should also possess:
a) Proficient in implementing initiatives for culture-building, employee engagement and staff well-being.
b) Effective and concise communication, both written and verbal with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts.
c) Good project management skills and ability to coordinate the requirements of large-scale events as well as work with internal stakeholders and external vendors effectively.
d) Good understanding of the latest people and organisational development practices and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
e) Strong team player with ability to operate in a matrixed environment and deal with ambiguity.
f) Demonstrated ability to use design tools to create engaging infographics and newsletters for staff communications.
In addition, having relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Communications or Organisational Psychology or prior experience in public service finance/procurement administration and processes will be an added advantage.
