Job Description:
Efficiently gather user requirements and produce user provisions of data requirements and reports, including data gaps and specifications

Effectively manage stakeholders' business needs and priorities, concerns and objectivesSuccessfully drive the end-to-end reporting generation process as a product owner of the reporting platformConvey user requirements to, and work jointly with the System Developers and Quality Assurance teams on reporting projectsConduct user acceptance testing and review processes for the systems, ensuring that the reports generated are accurate, timely, and in line with statutory and regulatory standardsProactively trace progress status and provide prompt updates of progresses in projectsRequirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a major in Computer or Information SystemsAt least 2 years of prior relevant experience in Business Analysis in the banking industryStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsSolid experience in dealing with MAS regulatory reportingGood understanding in reporting system solutions and designsStrong knowledge of SQL tools and familiarity with banking productsProficient in English and one other SEA language to collaborate with internal stakeholders from across the region
