Job description:
- Collaborate with the team to achieve longterm vision and tactical goals through meticulous planning.
- Ensure all operations are wellmanaged and all matters are handled efficiently.
- Ensure key performance objectives are met which include the continuous and uninterrupted operations of clinics, office, fixtures & fittings, and all infrastructural assets and facilities but not limited to the timely replacement of items.
- Support the Executive in daily roles; reporting to the Group Operations Manager
- Liaise with service partners and contractors
- Assist the Senior Executive in daily activities
- Ability to travel between clinics for adhoc work (between Biopolis and Orchard)
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, M&E, or a similar discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience; experience in the healthcare industry or managing maintenance services is an advantage
