Responsibilities:

• Simplify complex financial products and ideas to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design systems and standards.
• Address technical and legal constraints within a banking environment.
• Advocate for design decisions and participate in user testing.
• Communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders from various departments.
• Stay informed about industry and UX trends.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• End-to-end design capability, including problem statement formulation, wireframing, prototyping, and presentation skills.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, particularly dashboards and complex workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
• Adaptability and ability to think on one's feet.
• Balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Prioritization skills and readiness to improve processes.
• Curiosity and awareness of industry and UX trends.
• Confidence in ideas and clear communication of them.
• Accountability for design outcomes, including post-launch monitoring.
• Bonus points for contributing to the UX community, knowledge of behavioral science, personal pet projects, experience with Agile methodology, and familiarity with financial products.
