My client, a prominent player in the Commodities industry, is looking for a Shipping Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing shipping documentation with suppliers and shipping lines
• Creating sales and purchase contracts/invoices
• Overseeing and liaising with suppliers and buyers regarding shipments
• Managing import and export Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
• Preparing and negotiating LCs
• Recording and reporting on shipment statuses

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, International Trade or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in international import/export trade and shipping logistics
• Familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation and L/C preparation and negotiation
• Knowledge of SAP Business One is a plus
