Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
- Work with Product Owners, Tribe leads to create and maintain product backlogs and ensures backlog readiness.
- Does forecasting of deliverables possible in an iteration based on evidence and reliable source.
- Estimation and planning. Create reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
- A good coach in Agile practices and can mentor individuals on processes and tools, ensure the team to adhere and use Agile values and Scrum practices.
- Create a process to reduce product timetomarket by embracing automation in the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Digital & Analytics team and other operational departments, and drive actions to eliminate any roadblocks that lie in the team's progress.
- Supports the organizational transformation, mentors and coaches other Scrum Masters, and shares practices and tools that are successful.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in project management preferably in the Banking Technology domain.
- Experience in Wealth Management/Digital Banking/Pega/Data domain desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to understand business needs, across business functions with a fronttoback perspective.
- Familiar with prevailing agile tools and practices (Jira/Confluence).
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent. Experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Proven track record in working within both a waterfall and agile project delivery methodology.
- Ability to work proactively, and independently and displays strong initiative.
- Pragmatic team player with an attention to detail.
- Ability to drive multiple agendas and effectively manage priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence to challenge the status quo, providing alternative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, problemsolving, and analytical skills.
- Motivated, and passionate about technology and Financial Services.
- Proactive, selfstarter, autonomous, good analytical skills.
- Good team spirit.
