ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare daily oversea & local remittance, fund transfer including posting to SAP
Intercompany issuance of invoice and dispatch
Petty cash book update, SAP entry, cash count, deposit to bank
Eclaimweekly certify/process payment/posting
Reversal prepayment
Reversal agent commission
SAP administrator
Credit advise entries(Government grants, payroll matters)
Issue, cancel & renew condo deposit cheque and SAP entry posting
Update various schedules (Balance sheet schedules, cash flow, adhoc)
Payroll entry checking & posting and other adhoc journal entries
Azukarikin posting entry
Fixed asset entry
FA printing asset code & updates of photos & invoices in ready asset
Lease asset entry
Submit PO/GR for warehouse leasing via tenderboard
Monthly execution of foreign currency revaluation
Main back up for daily bank report, issuance of cheque & remittances
Assist superior for any adhoc issue
