Job Responsibilities:
To provide excellent customer service deliverance to customer's needs
Allocate and assign customer's reservations.
Provide 1st level of customer handlings on feedback and complaints
Proper administration of Agreements, Contracts and Invoices
Assist and coordinate with customers bookings and reservations.
Requirements:
Class 3 license is mandatory
Basic computer literacy on Microsoft Office
