Description

They are looking for a Boutique Manager who will play a great role in the presence of the brand in Singapore.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manage and boost sales KPIS, forecast and traffic in the boutique
Create memorable, personalized experiences that exceed client expectations by driving highest level of services.
Propose and manage events to increase the client database
Lead, hire and train the boutique staff with commercial initiatives and career development planning
Ensure compliance with sales, security and financial procedures

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum five years of experience in retail luxury with proven people management and sales track record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset to handle the boutique as your own business
