    You'll be a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, using your diverse digital marketing skills to connect with our audience, build engaged followers, and drive measurable results.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including media buying, social media management, content marketing, and conversion optimisation.
    • Craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement across various platforms.
    • Manage social media presence, creating engaging posts, monitoring performance, and analysing audience growth & engagement metrics.
    • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, optimising plans & budgets for follower growth and engagement.
    • Analyze campaign data, identify insights, and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content creation, sales) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
    • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms and technologies, proactively suggesting strategies for implementation.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, with demonstrated success in at least two of the following areas: Media buying (PPC, Programmatic), Content marketing, Social media management
    • Proficiency in various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, social media analytics platforms etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and present data-driven insights.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and optimize campaigns for performance.
    • A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and innovation.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Candidates with demonstrated success in leading and managing teams & campaigns may be considered for senior or lead roles.
