MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Prepare regular investor reports and handle investors' due diligence and information requests
  • Internal reporting on asset and portfolio performance
  • Monitor business plans and operations of assets under management
  • Assist on transaction execution, including due diligence/KYC/flow of funds etc.
  • Work with the asset management team to develop business plans and operating budget
  • Assist in fund raising activities and new initiatives, including new partnerships, funds, portfolio acquisitions etc.
  • Any other ad hoc projects where required

Requirements:


  • Minimum Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Infrastructure or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including prior infrastructure sector and/or asset management experience
  • Solid analytical and organization skills
  • Able to handle stressful situation with calm demeanour
  • Extensive skills in financial modelling, analysis and written communications
