    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the management team to craft strategic marketing plans that align with our business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Content Creation & Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling content that reflects our brand's voice and French culinary heritage. This includes creating and curating engaging text, images, and video content for various marketing channels.
    • Social Media Management: Oversee our social media profiles (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility. Plan and execute regular posts, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to improve strategies.
    • Marketing Collaterals: Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, menus, newsletters, and promotional flyers. Ensure all materials are on-brand and effectively communicate our offerings and values.
    • Events and Promotions: Plan and execute marketing events and promotions in coordination with the operations team. This may include tastings, cultural events, holiday promotions, and collaborations with local businesses.
    • Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to increase customer loyalty and attract new patrons. This could involve email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Vendor Relations: Work with external vendors and agencies for the production of marketing materials and the execution of campaigns. Ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness in all outsourced activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing is advantageous, but we are open to individuals who are passionate about marketing and demonstrate a strong drive to learn and grow in this field. We value curiosity, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories.
    • Creative flair for design and branding, experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with and adaptable to last-minute changes, demonstrating flexibility to adjust strategies and priorities in alignment with evolving demands and deadlines.
    • Fluent in English, proficiency in French is advantageous.
