Our Client:
Our client is a famous Japanese ready-to-drink beverages brand. They are actively looking to hire a Production Supervisor to join their team in Singapore.


The Responsibilities:
・Direct and control the operation of the manufacturing line to ensure fulfilment of planned quantity within expected quality, at minimum cost・Maintain a high standard of plant hygiene, safety and discipline among the workforces・Ensure execution of maintenance & repair timely, maintain the required inventory of spare parts and control of maintenance costsRequirements

The Requirements:
・Diploma in Engineering or equivalent or above・1 – 2 years' experience in Manufacturing / Production・Experience in people management, food processing, maintenance・Able to work in a team, connect internally and externally・Someone who is "Practice what you preach" person・Must be result-oriented and able to drive results through others・With initiative and able to work independently
