Sunrise Group is one of the largest wholesalers and distributors of branded sports goods in Asia with HQ in Singapore and presence in 15 countries of South East Asia, South Asia and East Asia. The brands represented by the group include some of the world renowned sporting brands like YONEX and MIKASA. We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join us and contribute in our warehouse as E-Commerce Assistant.

Job Description

• Print daily orders for online sales
• Picking, Packing and Stringing
• Generate Airway Bill for online orders
• Arrange shipments for all outgoing online orders
• Receive, load and unload stock
• Check and verify all incoming goods against the sales orders
• Perform regular stock inventory checks
• Monitor packaging material and arrange replenishment when required
• Liaise with customer service concerning deliveries and other customer related concerns.
• Report daily orders to management
• Ensure the most effective, efficient and safe use of warehouse
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• GCE N Level or equivalent
• Diploma or NITEC in Logistics/Warehousing/Supply Chain or any other related field would be advantageous
• Able to do physical work if required
• Experience in e-commerce fulfilment will b2e an additional advantage.
• Forklift license would be an advantage
• Responsible, committed, meticulous and systematic at work.
• Good communication skills, strong team player and able to follow company's instructions
