This is low salary, high incentive opportunity. Looking for high eneregtic, passionate person with an interest to build relationships and acquire customers.
Incentives could go upto 35% on net proceedings based on the base package.


Position Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding customer base and increasing sales
  • Create and execute business development plans to increase market share
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports
  • Present sales activities and results to management
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and requirements
  • Negotiate contracts with customers
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events and conferences
  • Monitor industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Proven track record in successfully achieving sales targets
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
