This is low salary, high incentive opportunity. Looking for high eneregtic, passionate person with an interest to build relationships and acquire customers.
Incentives could go upto 35% on net proceedings based on the base package.
Position Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding customer base and increasing sales
- Create and execute business development plans to increase market share
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline
- Provide sales forecasts and reports
- Present sales activities and results to management
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and requirements
- Negotiate contracts with customers
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences
- Monitor industry trends and developments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Proven track record in successfully achieving sales targets
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
