The Office of Admission is looking for a Manager to join their team:


Responsibilities:


  • Manages and provides information to prospective local/Post Graduate students about the University's programmes and enrolment policies.
  • Implements communication plans for the University's programmes to internal and external stakeholders as well as potential local/ Post Graduate students.
  • Organises reports to analyse and evaluate market trends, existing partnerships and services, and their impact on local enrolment numbers in meeting the University's targets and objectives.
  • Administers all communication to students, faculty members and managers to ensure clarity on all local/Post Graduate admission requirements, processes and updated changes.
  • Supervises support staff to ensure adherence to the procedures and guidelines for providing advice and information to prospective local/Post Graduate students while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in any related field from a recognized University.
  • At least 4 to 6 years of supervisory and related work experience preferred.
  • Strong in data analytics and use of Power BI will be of an added advantage.
  • Meticulous and high attention to details.
  • Energetic, resilient, and receptive to change.
  • High integrity is a must.
  • Serviceoriented mindset.
