    Mandai Wildlife Group is dedicated to caring for the planet and protecting animals and nature. Conservation education is intrinsic in all interactions with the Group, to inspire action for a healthier world.

    Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

    Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

    The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

    Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    ·Provide brand guardianship and marketing lead for the company and its parks.

    ·Lead, conceptualise, plan and execute various key and tactical campaigns to achieve attendance and revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the company and its parks.

    ·Supervise all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, approval process, timelines, contingency planning, analysis and reporting - to deliver quality outcomes and outputs.

    ·Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams, such as events & programming, digital & social, design and other internal stakeholders, to deliver key campaigns and projects.

    ·Work effectively with creative agencies, production houses and internal design team to develop key visuals, campaign ads and in-market collaterals.

    ·Work effectively with media agency to execute media campaigns and optimise digital campaigns.

    ·Manage and monitor marketing budget to achieve optimal returns.

    ·Secure and negotiate marketing partnerships with relevant partners or vendors.

    ·Work on special projects when assigned.

    ·Other relevant duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    ·Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or the equivalent.

    ·At least 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality industries.

    ·Proven experience in brand building, consumer marketing, integrated marketing, digital marketing, project management and budget management.

    ·Prior experience in managing multiple stakeholders.

    ·Result-oriented and confident, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    ·High energy self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    ·Analytical, highly-organised and meticulous.

    ·Able to work independently while being a good team player.
