Responsibilities:


Quote to Order

Prepare Quotations

  • Determines customer requirements and expectations and prepare quotations in accordance with specifications / customer requirements
  • Communicates with manufacturing locations for queries on costing, lead time, special requirements, etc.
  • Prepares customer quotations in a timely manner

Prepare Orders

  • Send order acknowledgment to customer
  • Place spare and service PO to supplier as needed
  • Follow up with supplier for shipment schedule
  • Follow up with customer for prepayment, overdue invoice, shipment instruction, etc.
  • Coordinate ready order for packing and shipping
  • Prepare CIPL for shipment as needed
  • Send completed order with all supporting doc to finance for invoicing
  • Any other assignments as assigned from time to time

Other responsibilities included but are not limited to:

  • New material creation request for new material
  • New shipto address to create in SAP
  • New customer creation request for new customer
  • Managing RTR inventory level. Place order with factory to replenish stock
  • Prepare DHL shipment
  • Prepare Proforma invoice to collect prepayment
  • Upload orders to shared drive

Job Requirements:


  • Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, and Engineering, with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in similar or related fields will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates who are willing to learn and be trained are welcome to apply.
  • Meticulous, matured, and independent
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, multitask, and manage priorities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
