Your Mission:

The Brand Manager APAC role is to define, design and execute the marketing strategy for the different brands all over Asia Pacific (Korea, HK, SG, Australia, South East Asia, others) centrally and locally by supporting the Distributors / Business Developers from these different countries.


Your Team:
You will report to the Marketing Manager, APAC and be part of a multi-functional regional office based in Singapore.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Define, design the regional marketing plan & strategies (yearly & longterm plan) with the assistance of Area Manager, Marketing Manager & Business Development for all concerned countries with a key focus on marketing mix (Product launches, Pricing, Promotions, Digital, Events, Customer loyalty programs, Competition monitoring, etc)
  • Forecast, record & report the Regional Marketing budget
  • Define, design and execute the Communication strategy & planning plan for the region (yearly & longterm)
  • Prepare, adapt & update the content for social media platforms (Website, IG, FB) for the region
  • Prepare & develop media actions for the region (online / print ads, etc.)
  • Define and execute the loyalty program (Cercle V) strategy & planning
  • Develop & adapt sales/ marketing/ communication/ decoration tools for commercial and pastry activities in the region, including sales tools, trade shows, new brand launches
  • Adapt & diffuse product news (arrival of new products, change of recipes or packaging, discontinuation, factory break, etc) & latest brand news to APAC team & distributors
  • Coordinate trainings for the sales force and Chefs
  • Collaboration with Marketing HQ in France. Preparation and translations of assets from the headquarters (website, recipe booklets, marketing information) into local assets suitable for Englishspeaking and/or Chinesespeaking markets
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in premium brand marketing in Asia
