Description
Checking and recording all AR transactions - invoices, receipts on daily basis- Checking and recording of Cash receipts and bank deposit of cash receipts
- Data entry and keep proper records and documentations.
- Checking and recording all supplier's invoices on timely and accurately basis
- Checking and recording all staff claims
- Checking and recording petty cash from outlets
- Data entry and keep proper records and documentations.
- Administration & membership record matters
Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Handson experience with spreadsheets and Quickbook software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office Job Details
