Job Title: HR & Admin Executive (ID8161)

Location: Potong Pasir, Singapore

Working Hour: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary: $2500 - $3800

Job Description:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including talent
  acquisition, people management, compensation, benefits, staff welfare, and
  staff training including payroll and relevant
• In-depth knowledge of MOM procedures, government websites,
  labor law, and best HR practices.
• Competence to effectively manage interpersonal
  relationships with everyone in the company.
• Submit claims to government authority agencies when
  needed.
• Familiar with Payroll processes, working with Payroll
  vendors on monthly payroll processing.
• Office Support and Administrative work

Requirement:

• Must have experience in handling a full spectrum of HR for
  at least 3 years.
• Resilient, independent, highly adaptable, and able to
  multi-task in a fast-paced environment / high-growth start-up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability
  to work in a highly collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of Human Resources practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving and time-management
  skills.
• A Good Team Player.
