Job Description & Requirements
Zumvet is a digital healthcare start-up with a mission to change the way pet care is delivered in Singapore.
We are currently looking for an experienced Accountnat to help the team scale.
You will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners, maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts, and supportingthe company in the smooth running of day to day operations.
- Managing obligations to suppliers, customers and thirdparty vendors
- Processing bank deposits, payroll and outgoing payments
- Ensure timely financial reporting every quarter
- Other adhoc administrative tasks assigned by Senior Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Possesses a flair for organization and thinking outside the box
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounting software (i.e. Xero, Quickbooks, etc.)
Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
