Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform machine electrical wiring works & develop testing jigs
• Perform testing and validation of machines
• Lead production schedule concurrent with manufacturing process to improve quality, cost and productivity.
• Develop KPI indicators on product quality and section capability
• Provide shop floor feedback to internal departments
• Support on quality, cost effective and launching of new machine model.
• Perform machine power inspection, parameter settings, testing and inspection according to standard
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine electrical non-conformance
• Perform final electrical inspection and adjustments for any defects
• Prepare reports on productivity, quality, claims
• Work with departments to improve assembly processes
• Monitor serviceability of measuring electrical instruments or jigs and fixtures and reporting to Supervisor on any non-compliance condition
• Maintain accurate records of inspection result at each electrical process

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering
• Min 2 years working in machine assembly related experience
• Track record of supporting the department achieving KPI
• Knowledge of 5S, HSE and good Quality standards
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Proficient in Solidworks, Unigraphic is preferred
