    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Process beneficiary nominations;
    • Escalate to Compliance/AML on high-risk policyholders;
    • Prepare letters for the nominee
    • To check the beneficiary nomination updates performed by the team members and update the error tracking file;
    • To make photocopies of the processed Assignment documents for sending to assignees, assignors, servicing Reps and for archival purpose;
    • To prepare and send processed documents for archival.
    • To collate and send the team's correspondences to Customer Mail Services Department for despatch.
    • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimally GCE 'A' levels or Diploma in any discipline;
    • Meticulous, systematic, neat and organized;
    • Ability to handle data entry job, process requests timely and accurately;
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel; and
    • Keen to learn and possess a proper work attitude.
    • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
