Description
Greet and welcome customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude- Help customers to settle down and also take their orders by answering questions about the menu.
- Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections
- Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping, mopping floors & sanitizing
- Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
- Always applies service techniques correctly at all times, and serving Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm.
- Set tables according to type of service standards.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
- Maintain cleanliness at the restaurant at all times & Ensures that its organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas.
- Train and mentor the new comers & the part time staff
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all service staffs.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or a Degree (management, hospitality management)
