Greet and welcome customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude

Help customers to settle down and also take their orders by answering questions about the menu.
Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections
Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards
Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping, mopping floors & sanitizing
Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
Always applies service techniques correctly at all times, and serving Food & Beverage items with enthusiasm.
Set tables according to type of service standards.
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
Maintain cleanliness at the restaurant at all times & Ensures that its organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas.
Train and mentor the new comers & the part time staff
Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all service staffs.
