Job Purpose
You will be part of the Group HR team to support the recruitment needs of National Healthcare Group
(NHG) and its institutions. You will work closely with the institutions' stakeholders to identify
recruitments needs and recommend the right talent sourcing market, setting up recruitment events,
participate in employer branding programs to create the employee value proposition for NHG.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience) with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.

  • Some experience with large scale and overseas recruitment would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong analytical ability and proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Ability to be resilient and work independently in a fastpaced and changing environment
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
