    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    EC Front-end operations

    • Operate the front-end (AEM) for the (PH), ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
    • Attend the regular meeting about the direct EC business and share insights or issues on operations.

    Website Updates

    • Collaborate with regional counterparts to maintain uniform UI/UX layouts across websites in SEA.
    • Execute content updates on SEA sites, aligning them with the content from the Singapore website.
    • Propose and/or support the implementation of UI design and UX flow improvements for
    • Generate data-driven insights by analyzing and interpreting key performance indicators (sales, conversion rates, bounce rates, traffic, order value) to enhance the performance.

    Digital Projects

    • Coordinate the preparation and testing of upcoming projects on the staging server.
    • Develop end-to-end project workflows, ensuring seamless activation and optimal performance with the support of relevant teams.
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

    Requirements

    • 1 – 2 years' relevant experience
    • Candidates must possess at least a 'N'/ 'O'/ ' A' Level, ITE or Diploma holders
    • Responsible and well organised
    • Able to work both independently and a good team player
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Proficient Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skill
    • Knowledge or experience of Magento software (optional)
    • AEM and Magento Training will be provided.
