    Roles & Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own all client delivery aspects for a portfolio of clients' companies for Alter Domus.
    • Own, oversee and manage several Teams, including the accountability of team to ensure we continue to exceed client expectations
    • Active management and ultimate responsibility of your teams P&L and KPIs
    • Promoting, maintaining, and developing appropriate systems for Real Estate / Private Equity operational efficiencies and improvements, such as e-Front, docusign for Investors, Yardi, CorPro
    • Ensuring the Teams have a solid knowledge and understanding of industry, legislation and regulation, and AD working practices to ensure local and global KPIs are adhered too.
    • Demonstrate strong compliance mindset with zero tolerance for backlog.
    • Act as escalation point for his team's Clients, and ensure timely remediation if needed.
    • Ensure ownership on issue resolution and remediate any deficiencies detected
    • Working with HR and your Team Leaders on capacity planning for the various teams, taking into account the book of business across the teams, staff utilization, Smartsourcing strategy, pyramid mix etc.
    • Monitor actual against agreed budgets and investigate differences (margin level...), taking appropriate action and responsibility for overall client satisfaction (ownership of remediation plan if any)
    • Acting as a Director on Clients (specifically Strategic and Growth) and looking for ways to generate incremental or cross sales
    • Be involved as appropriate in sales pitches as SME to support business development activity
    • Be part of local professional bodies or associations to influence the industry and represent Alter Domus to the external market
    • Establish, build and maintain strong relationships and networks with both internal, cross jurisdictional and external contacts, including AD personnel, clients and feeders.
    • Be able to provide sound, quality and technical guidance to clients and the wider teams.
    • Maintaining and developing the culture, values and reputation of the business.
    • You will build and lead a high performing team;
    • You will actively role model a high performance culture, with clear accountabilities, driving and improving cross-functional collaboration;
    • You will lead a change agenda to empower the team at all levels to deliver;
    • You will understand the capability of your team and what is required to deliver on your objective, actively managing performance and developing a pipeline of talent;
    • You will also be responsible for driving change when necessary, delivering communications and directions to the team and supporting the development and engagement of employees at all levels;
    • You will drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational and reputational risks;
    • You will maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability;
    • You will promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as a role model to our people, clients and customers;
    • You will be accountable for ensuring that your team maintains the highest social and environmental responsibility and standards.
