**Working days & hours - Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6.30pm


What you'll be doing:


  • Handle full cycle of recruitment matters
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs when needed.
  • Build up relationships with educational institutes to attract best talent
  • Raising job requisitions and posting of job descriptions onto various portals and channel
  • Participate in recruitment events
  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
  • Assist in periodic performance review (Probation evaluations / Midyear performance appraisals)
  • Facilitate on company Learning and development programs.
  • Ensure all HR files and confidential records are properly kept in a safe and controlled environment.
  • Support daytoday HR requirement, including payroll, leave management
  • Organizing company events.
  • Other HR administrative duties assigned by the supervisor

What you'll need:


  • Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum a Diploma in HR or professional qualification.
  • Excellent time management and organisation abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high degree of selfmotivation, positive attitude
  • Attention to details.
  • Confidence, resilience, persistence, and social skills — a lot of these
  • Team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages.
