    Responsibilities:

    · Handling inbound calls on payment related to hospital bills
    · Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills
    · Receivables management
    · General customer service duties
    · Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients
    · Sending statement of accounts
