Job Summary:


  • Industry: Facility Management
  • Job location: Ang Mo Kio Town Council
  • Working days: 5day workweek

Responsibilities:


  • Provide project management for upgrading and improvement of infrastructure facilities, routine, and cyclical project
  • Provide input during the project conceptualizing stage
  • Develop and facilitate action plan
  • Execute the project according to the action plan
  • Work closely with Advisers to Grassroots Organisations, external consultants, and contractors.
  • Monitor and evaluate all ongoing projects
  • Ensure that all works in progress are in line with the proposed work schedules and budget
  • Approve budgets and operation expenditures according to the financial policy.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management of cyclical work (Addition & Alteration, Repairs & Redecorations, fitting out works)

Must be willing to work in a town council setting:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A team player with good interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.
