    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Permanent position with attractive benefits.
    • Working location: Central (Shopping malls)
    • 5 days / 44 hours work week. (Must be able to commit on Fri, Saturday and Sunday)
    • 14 days Annual Leave + medical benefits

    Three rotating shifts weekly:

    • Shift A: 10 am to 6 pm
    • Shift B: 2 pm to 10 pm
    • Full Shift: 10 am to 10 pm
    1. Two days off allocated each week.
    2. Overtime work will be compensated accordingly.
    3. An additional monthly punctuality allowance of $100 will be provided for maintaining consistent punctuality.
    4. A commission scheme will also be implemented.

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Customer service - Offer assistance and guidance to customers, helping them find the right products, answer their questions, and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
    2. Product demonstration - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features, functionality, and value of the products. Support marketing and promotional campaigns by actively promoting special offers, discounts, and events. Encourage customers to participate in loyalty programs or sign up for newsletters.
    3. Store maintenance - Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized store layout, including proper product placement, signage, and promotional displays. Monitor and maintain stock levels of promoted products, ensuring they are adequately displayed and restocked as needed. Report inventory discrepancies and assist with regular stocktaking/ ordering stock activities. Cleaning, maintain store cleanliness, do ribbon for packaging and general retail management.
    4. Team collaboration - Work closely with store colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and coordinated operation. Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and contribute to the overall success of the store to hit target.
