The Chef de Partie holds the responsibility for supervising the operation of the assigned kitchen to achieve and maintain the highest standards of food quality preparation and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include quality and cost control, as well as the learning and development of colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the quality of food items
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines in a timely manner
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Western fine dining
