Description
Our client is a well-known Korean company, operating duty-free shops overseas, including in Singapore. E-commerce & Inventory Admin Assistant will support mastering data and assist Inventory Planner with related issues
【What you will be working on】
Inventory Support
A.Inventory (online)

  • Conduct daily stock checks of products and report findings to Inventory Planner, Senior Security Specialist and Retail Manager.
  • Coordinate and follow up with Retail Operations to resolve inventory issues requiring physical stock checking.
  • Assist the Inventory Planner in validating count results of cycle counts/stock take (during and post)
  • Maintain and update records that will be used as references for checking and validation of items
B.Master Data

  • Assist Inventory Planner with checking items or price tag issues and reporting promptly to Merchandising Team
  • Liaise with Retail Operations in the printing of new price tags for items with correct price tags
C. E-Commerce Admin

  • Process online orders including printing of packing list, delivery orders and receipt
  • Distribute orders to packers
  • Liaison between CAG and frontline staff from goods order and goods delivery
  • Track order fulfilment status
  • Administrative duties such as filing Ecommerce documents
  • Assist in Ecommerce inventory management, which includes archiving merchandise when is physical Outofstock
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure ecommerce platform stock availability
D.Customer Care

  • Handle online customers' enquiries, feedback and reservations
  • Maintain strong partnerships with other Customer Centre Team & Fulfilment Centre
  • Keep track (maintain and update) the Ecommerce refund/exchange registry of the E-Commerce Team
E.General

  • Any other duties which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.

Requirement:

- 【What they're looking for】

  • Diploma in Business Admin or Retail Management
  • At least 1 year of relevant admin experience in retail or travel retail work environment experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a mature disposition
  • Prior customer/client service experience is an advantage
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders
  • Resourceful and maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office: MS Excel (i.e., Pivot table, formulas) and MS Word
  • Fluent in English and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open to work in Changi Airport and willing to work on rotating weekends and shifts
