- Conduct thorough economic research and analysis to extract insights regarding current trends and forecast future developments in the infocomm and media sectors.
- Quantitatively evaluate the economic and social implications of policies and programs.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify data requirements, thereby supporting evidence-based policy and strategy formulation.
- Participate in data acquisition, econometric modeling, and advanced analytics, including data visualization, to generate actionable insights.
- Identify and implement data-driven initiatives that promote innovation and enhance a data-centric culture within the organization.
- Provide statistical support for policy and program development.
- A degree in Economics or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in economic research and analysis, with a focus on data analytics.
- Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages, including Stata, R, and Python.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- A self-motivated individual capable of addressing complex challenges and excelling in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and persuasively.
