What the role is

What you will be working on

  • As a psychologist, your primary responsibilities include the following:
  • Conducting psychological assessments
  • Providing psychological and supportive counselling
  • Developing, implementing and reviewing rehabilitation programmes
  • Managing all aspects of a research study from conceptualisation to data collection and report writing
  • Delivering training programmes for staff development

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Psychology or equivalent competencies and experience
  • Interest in rehabilitation management and working in a forensic setting
  • Strong writing skills competent in writing good quality research reports
  • Strong analytical skills able to process information and analyse data patterns and derive conclusions based on sound reasoning
  • Able to design and deliver training programmes
  • Good communication skills (both spoken and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player
  • Knowledge of statistical methods would be advantageous
