- Cultivate and develop a network and a loyal clientele.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales experience to clients.
- Deliver bespoke experiences for UHNWI clients to keep them engaged with the brand.
- Share the Roger Dubuis story, our commitment to quality standards and collections with clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through participation in social functions within the community; invite current and prospective clients to in-boutique events and utilise social media platforms and other support to reach out to clients.
- CRM - Enrich the customer database with accuracy, communicate on novelties, events and giftings, campaigns and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times.
- Follow all implemented Maison policies and procedures involving security, consignments, after sales services, and valuation requests.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset
- Team player with great organizational skills
- Passionate about High Watchmaking and UHNWI Lifestyle
- Sensitive to the luxury watch industry and competitors
- Comfortable working with an UHNWI international clientele
- Languages: English (Cantonese and Mandarin are highly desirable)
