Our client, an established Corporate Services firm, is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team. This position is based in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Offer legal counsel and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate, commercial, and business agreements.
  • Manage and oversee the Corporate Secretarial department, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all corporate governance matters.
Key Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Good experience in corporate and trust services
  • Clientoriented and able to carry self professionally
