- Recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, compensation, HR data management, compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Proven HR experience.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
- HR certification preferred.
