- Manage the operations and inventory of the Café & Convenience store to ensure daily smooth operations
- Lead and motivate the team members to achieve sales objectives, service excellence, and operational compliance
- Provide support and coaching for the team members, as well as plan their career/training development and shift duties
- Ensure the assigned store is on a high standard of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety, as well as according to the HACCP Food Hygiene regulations
- Organize and coordinate with the stakeholders on the store operations, merchandising, and promotional activities
- Liaise with the Company's appointed vendors, external trainers, and Store Support Centre colleagues on general matters related to the assigned store, if any
- Work closely with Area Manager/Field Consultant in achieving adequate staffing level
- Minimum 3 years of F&B experience in managing outlet/café
- Familiar with HACCP Food Hygiene regulations is an advantage
- Passionate in the retail industry
