Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Operations Executive for our team.

In this position, you will be part of a team responsible for the processing of operational finances through working with the necessary stakeholders in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

Managing sales billing systems and internal payment systems
Tracking sales project margins
Administering payouts of employees' and freelancers' claims
Generating monthly sales reports, payout reports and P&L reports
Providing cashflow and spending projections
Support full spectrum of HR Ops activities
Other relevant duties as assigned

Requirements:

Working experience in a fastpaced, startup environment strongly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office, online collaboration tools (eg. Google Workspace, Dropbox) and Xero
Highly proficient in English
Flexible team player who is keen to work with a fast and dynamic team
Passionate about learning across disciplines, with a strong growth mindset
Demonstrated interest in technology (e.g. analytics, programming, experience with tech startups)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
