We are seeking a motivated individual to join our global IT Department as
IT Support Officer, based in our headquarters in Singapore.

Our dynamic team has been a valuable business partner within our company for over 25 years, providing top-notch services to all departments across our international office network.


Responsibilities:


User Support:


  • Respond to users' support requests via an online Help Desk system.
  • Assist with installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining PCs, networking equipment, and network operating systems.
  • Liaise with vendors when necessary.
  • Provide support for project when required.
  • Escalate support requests to senior team members when required.
  • Maintain documentation in Help Desk system, User Manuals, Knowledge base, and procedures.

IT Administration:


  • Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives.

Qualification and Personal Requirement:


  • 25 years' experience in IT user support.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A tenacity to source and provide solutions.
  • You are already based in Singapore.
